A Staged Home will look better than competing homes for sale in our local market, allowing you to sell faster and/or for more money.
Staged Homes are recognized by other real estate agents as properties ready to sell. They will be more likely to show your home to potential buyers.
Staged homes are recognized by buyers as the best properties to see. More buyers want to see Staged Homes, increasing your visability and showings.
Reducing the price of a property will cost much, much more than the cost of Home Staging.
Home Staging is a marketing tool used to advertise your property and is a tax deduction. All ASP Staged homes are certified as such.
With your Staged Home on the market, you can be sure you'll soon be moving... and when you move you'll need to pack.... so just pack up early!

Nothing gives me greater joy than preparing your home for sale by transforming it into one that is beautiful, elegant and classy!
As an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®), I have studied and learned the proven and powerful techniques of Staging homes, designed by Barb Schwarz, the Creator of Home Staging®. I have successfully completed her detailed ASP course and passed a required thorough examination on preparing homes for sale. As an ASP®, I am committed to the principles and practices of marketing properties as Staged Homes. I stay educated on current trends and am an active member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP).
Being the daughter of a diplomat in the Foreign Service, I was born and raised overseas. My father served in over a dozen U.S. Embassies around the world. While moving from country to country, I learned at a very young age to love and appreciate our world’s diverse cultures and people. I believe it was those many moves that instilled my passion for design and interior decorating. Every new country meant moving into a new home, which in turn provided new opportunity to incorporate the style and culture of whichever country we were then living in. I thoroughly enjoy working with people from all walks of life and especially delight in transforming homes into stylish and tasteful places that sell quickly for my clients.
Prior to Home Staging, I worked for the Federal Judiciary in the area of Human Resources. After almost twenty years of serving in that capacity, I decided to retire early in order to unleash my creativity and start gracefully staging homes. My husband and I currently live in the Spokane Valley – we love all things that have to do with music, pets, family and friends.
